Shipping takes up to 7 business days.

The foundation of HopShop is quality. If for any reason, you feel the product is not up to the mark, we’ll give you a full refund on your product. Alternatively, you have the option to have your items exchanged.

You can avail both options of COD (cash on delivery) and payments via debit/credit card upon purchase.

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail, contact our Customer Service department at hopshop.digital@gmail.com.

Yes, we do. Please send your customisation requests to email@domain.com, we will give you our quote. Thank you.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
