Refund Policy

You may refund the order within 7 days of delivery, if garments are not used, packed in original packaging with all tags attached and are in undamaged condition and not altered in any way. You have to send products back to us at *Address*. We will audit the products upon receiving. If products pass our quality audit, we will process the refund, otherwise products will be returned to you. Refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange the delivered goods within 15 days of delivery on presentation of the original slip, provided the goods are unused, packed in original packaging with all tags attached, and are in undamaged condition and not altered in any way. Should you wish to exchange goods, please inform/WhatsApp us at *Number*, or email us at *Email Address*; our rider will pick products from your doorstep. We do not charge for delivery in case of exchange. The company’s decision in these matters will be considered final.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or message from the courier company with a tracking number against your order. HopShop reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined payment, or inaccurate pricing. No exchange/refund on discounted items.
